Giving has never been easier… or less expensive. Anytime between now and December 31, 2011, with a simple click on the PlanningFamily.com “Like” button at http://www.facebook.com/planningfamily , PlanningFamily.com will donate $1 to battle pediatric blood cancers to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). The goal is to reach a total donation of $20,000.

Giving has its rewards; after “Liking” PlanningFamily.com and sharing the campaign with their Facebook friends, participants can register to win a $250 gift card by sharing with PlanningFamily.com their thoughts and feelings about the inspiring work of LLS.

Leukemia takes more lives of children in the Unites States than any other cancer. The money raised through the campaign, which launches on December 7, 2011, will fund a portfolio of over 11 pediatric cancer research grants… and 100 percent of the donations will directly benefit LLS research.

“PlanningFamily.com’s community likes to stay connected, and there’s no better reason to connect than to join with friends in your social network to help those in need,” said Noah Anderson, chief executive officer. “As parents ourselves, we understand and truly appreciate the amazing work and research LLS does in helping to cure Childhood Cancer. With money donated through our Facebook “Like” program, we will help families give their children the very best chance to thrive today, and for years to come.”

You can support PlanningFamily.com’s efforts:
