Warren Gold and the doctors that were charged with operating a pain clinic without a license was dismissed early today.

Pain clinic owner Warren Gold and two doctors' charges were dropped in case #10-cm-024977 at the Hillsborough County Court today. The owner and doctors have requested an apology from the city of Tampa.

“As we stated before in court documents, the application for a license was being processed and the city gave the clinic permission to operate; we had all of the documents in hand at the time. The doctors and owners have unblemished character and records with the medical community for the field they are in,” said attorney Dale Sisco. “We feel this was a witch hunt and nothing was substantiated.”

Sisco continued, "No laws were broken and they were simply victims of politics. We also conferred with Jeff Manley from the state attorney’s office and he said that 'No laws were broken as far as we can see.'"
