newBrandAnalytics, the leading provider of social business intelligence solutions, today announced the appointment of Sean O’Leary to the position of CEO. O’Leary succeeds Neil Kataria, a company co-founder, who assumes the role of Chairman.

O’Leary was formerly the Co-Founder and CEO of Genscape, Inc, which utilizes patented technologies and proprietary algorithms to provide data and analysis to companies involved in the wholesale oil, power and natural gas markets. He also served on newBrandAnalytics’ Advisory Board.

O’Leary currently serves as advisor or board member to six companies and two non-profits. He earned an undergraduate degree in business from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Louisville.
