SmartWatt Energy, Inc. is pleased to announce that James Alheim and Frank Murphy have joined the company. James Alheim has joined the company’s Albany corporate office as a Project Developer for large commercial and industrial customers and Frank Murphy as a Sales Auditor for the company’s New York City office.

SmartWatt Energy is a leading nationwide provider of turnkey energy efficiency solutions for commercial, industrial, government and utility customers. The company has experienced a great amount of growth in both their utility-based small business energy efficiency programs and large commercial and industrial customer base on the East Coast, resulting in the addition of new staff.

James Alheim has over twenty years experience in project management and development. He most recently worked at Acube Consulting Inc. as a Business Development Manager, where he was responsible for prospecting new large and medium enterprise customers for the company. He has also worked as an Account Manager for Infrastructure Technologies and as a Project Manager for HP/Compaq. James graduated from Hudson Valley Community College with an Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering. He will be in charge of further developing SmartWatt Energy’s large commercial and industrial customer base on the East Coast.

Frank Murphy has worked in sales for the past four years, most recently as a Western Region Customer Service Manager at Niagara Conservation. Throughout his career at Niagara Conservation, Frank successfully managed 200 clients within the company’s large and small utility and government sectors and was consistently recognized for his above average sales performance. He has also worked in sales at HOP Industries, where he successfully grew the company’s large business customer base. He graduated from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and from Walden University with a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Frank will be in charge of generating leads and proposals as well as auditing and designing lighting efficiency upgrades for the company’s small business program based in New York City.
