Café Style Speed Training http://cafestylespeedtraining.com launched Café de Paris Customer Experience Speed Training Activity box to help organisations overcome the growing problem of lack of time, resource and budget for keeping staff’s skills razor sharp and their morale high.

Fi Haywood, Partner from Café Style Speed Training explains, “As budgets and time get even tighter for everyone in 2012, the pressure is on for organisations to find alternatives to some of the time consuming, large chunks of traditional classroom training; specifically around the areas of transformational development, such as leadership, vocational soft skills, behaviour and motivation. Café Style is bite-size chunks of experiential learning activities that take anywhere between five – 20 minutes to complete, can be used on groups of three-12 people, can be conducted anywhere from the café to a weekly meeting and do not require a professional facilitator in order to be effective”.

Café de Paris Customer Experience Speed Training Activity Box has 40 speed training activities and tips and thoughts in each box and costs £145.
