New to Twitter, TurnAround King vaults to the number 10 spot on list of influencers utilizing social media

New York Times bestselling author and business sales expert Grant Cardone (@grantcardone) ranked 10th on Evan Carmichael’s list of the “December 2011 Top 50 Business Coaches to Follow on Twitter.” Cardone leapt to the top of this ranking after less than a year on the online social networking service that enables the sending and receipt of text-based posts known as "tweets".

Cardone was selected by Evan Carmichael from a list of Twitter recommended users which was then sorted by the number of times he had been listed. While not fitting the prototypical profile of a digital media expert, Cardone has become a leading voice on Twitter by employing his signature style of massive “10X” action.

“So much for the digital PR ‘experts’ that think you need to be in your 20’s to be adroit at social media. In fact, my generation, the Baby Boomers probably have more to offer and this should be a wake-up call to anyone who doesn’t believe in the advance of new media,” said Grant Cardone. “My message transcends age, gender and socio-economic status and it endures because it is simple, bold and teaches the fundamentals of prospering in any economic climate.”

“I’d also like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt thanks to my 90,000 followers on Twitter,” said Grant Cardone. “It is my duty and responsibility to continue to deliver information that is applicable and essential to their success.”

Keeping people focused on their careers, future and success are the cornerstones of Cardone’s activity on Twitter. He tweets on the following topics:

  •      Business and motivational quotes
  •      Business strategies
  •      Sales strategies
  •      Entrepreneurial ideas
