Taiji Yoga Promotes the Benefits of the Practice with Free Introductory Classes Across the United States

Los Angeles, New York, and Washington, DC all to host free events demonstrating the benefits of Taiji Yoga and Meditation

Taiji Yoga, a leader in alternative health and wellness, recently announced a series of free introductory classes to showcase the myriad benefits of the Taiji System to adults who are interested in non-religious meditation or who may wish to take their yoga, meditation, qi gong, or tai chi chuan training to the next level.

Coming off of successful events in Los Angeles and New York, Taiji Yoga will be taking its free introductory course to the nation’s capital in Washington, DC on Saturday, December 10th from 6pm-8pm at Burma Restaurant (more details below).

Rave reviews have been pouring in from those who have taken courses from Taiji Yoga and attended the free events in Los Angeles and New York.
Class participant Susan Artinian stated “Since I started Taiji Yoga classes three weeks ago, I feel a difference in my physical strength, also I am more emotionally centered and much more relaxed.”

Taiji Yoga is a system of practice that Min, Jung Ahm, Grand Master and founder, synthesized from traditional Tai Chi Chuan(Taijiquan), Qigong and Meditation.
