TASC Launches Second Release of Mobile App for FlexSystem Customers

With the latest release, TASC’s popular Mobile App now provides more functionality to boost customer access and convenience.

TASC (Total Administrative Services Corporation), a Wisconsin-based third-party administrator, is pleased to debut a second release of their popular MyTASC Mobile App for their FlexSystem Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Participants. “The 2.0 version boasts even more functionality. It provides our Participants with easier access to their account information directly from their mobile phone,” said Pam Reynolds, Chief Development Officer.

In August of this year TASC first launched the customer-based app, which has seen over 15,000 downloads. And while Version 1.0 allowed Participants to view account balances on their mobile devices, Version 2.0 offers even more convenient features and functions, all accessible to Participants through their mobile phones:

  •     Submit a request for reimbursement for out-of-pocket FSA expenses.
  •     Submit substantiation for eligible purchases.
  •     Help screen available for system assistance.
  •     Secure log-in with MyTASC username and password.
  •     Log-in memory for faster access.

Part of the TASC Mobile platform, the MyTASC Mobile App also offers MyTASC Text Messaging (SMS) so customers can interact electronically with TASC regarding their FlexSystem account. Innovative technologies continue to evolve at a record pace, and TASC Mobile reflects the company’s latest step to optimize overall technical capabilities while leveraging mobile technology and proprietary software.

Reynolds added, “We are excited to announce the second release of the MyTASC Mobile App. With this technology tool our end-customers (Participants) have a secure, intuitive, and convenient method that makes it easy to manage their FlexSystem accounts from anywhere, at any time.
