Results of an informal survey created by Internet and Direct Mail Guru Sheila Danzig show that 62% of those responding believe that an Internet business would alleviate their financial problems. More than half (56%) of those responding were out of work.

62% of those responding to an informal survey created by Sheila Danzig indicated that they believed an Internet business was their best options to beat a bad economy.

While Danzig was not surprised that people are interested in a home based online business she was surprised that the number was so high. "The number one question I hear is 'How can I start an Internet business?' but I did not realize that so many people think it can be an answer to their problems.

Danzig said that starting an Internet business is harder than it sounds. "When I had a direct mail business the question was 'How can I start a mail order business.' Now it is about the Internet. People want to start a business that they can do from home, but there were never simple answers. "The Internet and direct mail," added Danzig, "Are ways of marketing your product. But you need a solid product and great marketing strategies. There are serious start up costs and very big risks involved. I would always tell people if I knew of a great idea I would be doing it. But I also always told them to find a great idea and copy it, without violating any copyrights."

Recently Danzig came across a turn-key business that has eliminated the normal start up problems. "It was what I like to call a 'Point and Shoot' business," said Danzig. "It was 90% done for the buyer and it requires very little start up. I tried to shoot holes in it but I couldn't."

Danzig was never one to recommend anyone's programs before but she feels this is different. Jeff Dedrock and Liz Tomey created the Online Success Blueprint that anyone can follow for only $37.00. "I guess I was not the only one getting this same question. I am embarrassed to say they did a better job than I could have." With 62% of the people asked saying they are interested in something like this Danzig wonders if she should have beat Jeff and Liz to the punch. "I signed up myself", Danzig said. "It's the first time I have done anything like this in over 30 years. It is a complete blueprint at at a 75% discount. I can finally point people who ask me what they can do in this direction."
