Temperature Tape is perfect for numerous industrial processes where it is necessary to provide visual evidence of attained temperature at a bonding site, when an item is undergoing curing or drying. It is also used to insure that temperature is maintained during the laminating process and helps to insure that garments finished in a temperature tunnel do not over heat. Printers and ink manufacturers find Thermostrip® DC useful in determining how UV inks react at various temperatures.

Paul Lange, Sales Representative LCR Hallcrest comments that “Items being processed may be exposed to the proper heat levels but small material variances may affect the temperature at the critical location” Thermostrip ® DC temperature tape compliments electronic temperature process monitoring by providing a visual temperature at the exact spot where fusing or laminating is occurring, insuring that the correct amount of heat is applied at the necessary location.

LCR Hallcrest the International leader in Color Changing Temperature Indicating Technology and Graphics specializes in the micro-encapsulation of liquid crystal compounds and the development / manufacturing of products, inks, dyes and paints that change color.
