The Ecotec 2.0L four-cylinder was recognized by WardsAuto in the Best Engines List

Briggs Buick was excited to hear this and knows that the engine from Buick is quiet, efficient and powerful; all things that people expect from a Buick.

The Ecotec 2.0L turbo features 270 horsepower and has the highest specific output of any GM production engine. It also is the most power-dense engine certified by the Society of Automotive Engineers.
