TBM Consulting Group (http://www.tbmcg.com and http://www.tbmcg.in) is expanding its consulting practice and business advisory services in India. Known for helping companies around the world improve profitability and effectively manage rapid growth by transforming operational performance, TBM has made several promotions in India and announced the launch of a dedicated practice for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

TBM’s India operations are led by Gary Hoover, Vice President EMEA. Sunil Srivastava has been promoted to Team Leader for India. TBM senior management consultants Dileep Kulkarni and Ram Mohan, both with TBM for several years now, continue to work with clients throughout India. TBM has also hired Vineet Sethi as Senior Management Consultant and Apparel Industry Practice Leader to help serve its growing client base. Mr. Sethi brings a wealth of experience as an operational improvement leader to TBM, most recently as Chief Operating Officer for Gokaldas Exports, Ltd., a leading global manufacturer of ready-made fashion garments.

“The rapid evolution of the Indian economy over the past decade has been momentous,” said TBM co-founder and CEO Anand Sharma. “We’ve been delighted with the growth of our business in India. These new investments will make it possible for TBM to serve a broader base of Indian manufacturers and help business leaders better understand the basic LeanSigma tools and how to apply them to make strategic improvements that have a big impact.”

TBM management consultant, Dileep Kulkarni spearheaded the effort to develop and launch a practice focused on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). According to Mr. Kulkarni, TBM’s SME practice leader, “We recognized the unique challenges of SMEs to keep up with rapid growth and decided to launch a dedicated SME practice that will offer individual consultancy packages based on company size.” In addition to leveraging operational excellence and LeanSigma to become more responsive, improve customer service and meet growing market demand, TBM consultants will provide experienced guidance on general management issues, strategy and staffing challenges. Client engagements will focus on the rapid achievement of mutually defined business improvement goals to enhance responsiveness, flexibility and competitiveness.

“I invite Indian business leaders to take advantage of these new services from TBM,” said Sunil Srivastava. “Championed by winning global corporations like Toyota, the fundamental LeanSigma toolset provides a platform for culture change and superior financial performance that has been proven effective for organizations of all sizes in most every industry.”
