Force Management, LLC, a sales and consulting leader, was recognized for the second time in three years as one of the 50 fastest growing companies in the Charlotte region by the Charlotte Business Journal. Managing partner Grant Wilson accepted the award at the Journal’s annual luncheon recognizing the recipients December 8th.

The award recognizes businesses that have achieved leading growth in the region, despite a slow economic environment. Companies qualified for the honors based on a formula that reflects dollar and percentage growth during a three-year period.

“It’s an honor to be recognized as one of the fastest growing businesses in Charlotte,” explains Managing Partner, John Kaplan. “It means that we’re resonating with what our customers are trying to achieve.”

After eight years as business partners, Kaplan and Wilson attribute their continued growth to delivering services that go beyond our customers’ expectations, having the right people in the right positions, and being fiscally responsible.

“Focusing on these areas helped produce a 25% growth in revenues and profit in 2011. More importantly, we were able to scale the organization by expanding roles and responsibilities throughout the company,” said Wilson.

As the company grows, it continues to expand its community outreach efforts in both the Charlotte community and around the globe. “Our team is very involved in outreach efforts and plays a big role in helping us select impactful causes and organizations to support,” says Kaplan. “Our historical focus has been with Samaritan’s Feet, March Forth with Hope and Make-A-Wish. Going forward we hope to work with A Child’s Place and will also be increasing our hands-on volunteer efforts.”

Looking forward to 2012, Force Management expects to continue its growth by engaging with customers to support them through successful adoption of key methodologies, using automation to streamline processes and leverage new technologies, and introducing a new suite of products that will benefit both clients and new prospects.
