SignUp4 Announces New Event Management Features

Every five weeks SignUp4 releases product updates to improve user experiences. Highlights of the latest features include Session Builder, Badge Designer, and the Kiosk Module.

SignUp4, LLC, a leading provider of strategic meetings management software, announces they have added new features to their SignUp4 Event Management System (EMS).

Signup4's new Session Builder introduces a quick and intuitive graphic interface that allows event planners to easily build complex sessions and manage the rules for their events. The system automatically generates business logic and rules for the sessions, removing the need for a complex setup process. This offering has many functions, including track selection, dependencies, and agenda information capabilities. In addition to being included in all of the existing SignUp4 reports, this information can be used to generate individualized agendas, detailed name badges, instructor reports, and rosters of all classes.

The Badge Designer and Template Wizard allow an event planner to easily use the system to create or manage attendee badges, barcode and labels. SignUp4 works with multiple barcode reader vendors supporting a wide variety of barcodes from 2 Dimensional QR codes to standard alphanumeric. The layout of badges is completely customizable, with the ability to choose from Industry Standard dimensions, all standard Avery and Dymo badge and label formats, or you can build your own custom layout.    

The Kiosk Module provides event planners a simple to use interface for handling the onsite event registration desk for scanning, manually searching for, and entering new attendees. The system integrates directly into the SignUp4 Badge Designer to print on demand. This product is fully customizable to efficiently perform multiple tasks such as check-in and badge re-printing and above all to keep the line moving.
