Swiss Post Solutions’ DPC utilizes the latest document processing technology to help clients remove outdated, manual processing tasks related to items such as mail, payroll, applications, claims, customer correspondence, personnel records, and invoices. The opening of the Document Processing Center in Long Island City also expands SPS’ global capabilities. The DPC utilizes SPS’ integrated Service Platform (iSP), which was developed by the SPS Global Technology team. The platform offers international standardization that simplifies global customer engagements and provides economical local systems implementations. The framework also has the flexibility to extend beyond mailroom and document processing services to other SPS services such as Call Centers and Centralized Help Desk Support.
SPS’ DPC also includes a secure facility for screening mail and packages, including x-ray, chemical screening and radiation. Clients may include security screening as part of their document processing services or utilize this service separately for their company’s incoming mail and packages.
The secure facility is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
