Manhattan-based law firm Duval & Stachenfeld LLP recently represented TNC Investors L.L.C. (a co-venture among affiliates of Angelo, Gordon & Co., Amerimar Enterprises and Emerald Properties) in the sale of Town & Country Crossing, a 282,000-square-foot shopping center anchored by Whole Foods in St. Louis, Missouri. The purchaser was Ramco-Gershenson Properties, L.P., an affiliate of Ramco-Gershenson which is a real estate investment firm in Farmington Hills, Michigan. In the transaction, Ramco-Gershenson Properties, L.P also purchased a portion of a municipal bond.
