Pittsburgh-based InventHelp® attempts to submit clients’ inventions to companies for review.

InventHelp®, America’s largest invention submission company, announces that one of its clients, an inventor from Florida, has designed a device as a more effective way to put out various types of fires. This invention is patented.

The “Mercedes Tank” would feature oval-shaped, plastic tanks of water and extinguishant. These tanks would be launched from an aircraft or from the ground, and shatter upon impact. This action would have more effectiveness in extinguishing fires. The Mercedes Tank could improve safety by helping firefighters to remain father from the blaze, according to the inventor.

The Mercedes Tank would consist of a system that uses missile-shaped plastic containers filled with a combination of water and an extinguishant. The tanks would be producible in 30-, 40-, or 50-gallon sizes. Firefighters could launch the containers over a wildfire via a helicopter or airplane, or could deploy them via a special ground launching device. Upon hitting the ground, the containers would shatter, which would release the water or extinguishing material.

InventHelp® is attempting to submit the invention to companies for review. If substantial interest is expressed, the company will attempt to negotiate for a sale or royalties for the inventor. For more information, telephone Dept. 08-MIM-3226 at (800) 851-6030.
