Long time brokers, Mike Spiers and Barb Murray recently joined Ron Byrne & Associates Real Estate.

Ron Byrne & Associates Real Estate is pleased to welcome two new Vail real estate brokers to the team, Mike Spiers and Barb Murray.

Originally from New Zealand, Mike Spiers moved to Vail, Colorado in 1988 and initially focused on ski instructing for Vail Resorts as one of the most coveted private ski instructors. Soon thereafter, Spiers entered real estate where he could apply his superior customer service with his knowledge of Vail. After ten years of practicing as an independent real estate broker, Spiers has joined Ron Byrne & Associates in order to provide his customers with the highest level of marketing.

Barb Murray began her Vail real estate career in the mid-1980s and has been a top producing broker ever since. Murray has experience in every market and price point in the Vail Valley, and specializes in second home and resort properties. She is experienced in 1031 exchanges and maintains several certifications including G.R.I, E-PRO, and Resort & Second Home Property Specialist.
