Webinar will introduce video as an influential aspect of online marketing for self storage

The SBOA and SpareFoot announced today a free webinar on Wednesday, December 14th at 2:00 pm EST focusing on video marketing for the promotion of self storage facilities.

Rachel Greenfield of SpareFoot will explain the do-it-yourself process of planning, shooting, editing, distributing and promoting videos to market self storage facilities. Videos include "welcome" videos, how-to educational videos, and fun commercials.

Webinar attendees will be challenged to think beyond the notion that self storage is too boring to be entertaining. Rachel will also illustrate how video can appeal to potential customers and generate ROI through a low-budget marketing effort that actually works in a trackable way.

SpareFoot (    ) was founded in 2008 by then-UCLA students Chuck Gordon and Mario Feghali. SpareFoot originated as a person-to-person website that helped people rent storage in private residences. They then realized there was a larger opportunity for this platform within the traditional self storage industry.

The Storage Business Owners Alliance (SBOA), an organization that allows small to medium sized self storage owners and operators to increase profitability through enhanced buying power, offers numerous products and services at advantaged price levels.
