This free service helps listen for “mentions” of search terms (usually a brand) on popular social media platforms. Mention “alerts” can be set up to be delivered daily. MentionBox helps brands and social marketers find conversations about their brand online and lets them make actionable decisions based on their social media activities.
MentionBox is the third product released by SWIX since 2009. Its first product SWIX Analytics, is a community management tool that allows customers to track over 70 different audience and engagement metrics in one unified dashboard. Its second product, Campaign Manager, is an application that allows social marketers and community managers to track the sales and ROI of social media marketing campaigns.
SWIX’s products help social media marketers and community managers track the success of their social media efforts. Its online applications display social media metrics in an easy to understand interface, allowing customers to make actionable decisions based on their social media activities.
SWIX is a web based application company based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and has been in operation for four years. It is headed by former Shopify CEO Scott Lake, and currently has five employees.
