Ralston Health Group was founded by Michael Jeresaty, a twenty-five year senior executive in the healthcare industry who has specialized in managed care, physician services and pharmaceutical products. Prior to Ralston Health Group Mr. Jeresaty co-founded and served as Vice-President of Garnet Health Systems, Inc., where he developed and managed the company’s sales and marketing efforts and grew Garnet into the largest physician credentialing operation in the United States. He subsequently co-founded Garnet Insurance Services, LLC in 2000. Garnet’s credentialing and malpractice insurance products were utilized by over 25,000 physicians. Mr. Jeresaty played a key role in Garnet’s acquisition in 2006 by The Medical Protective Company, a Berkshire Hathaway member organization.
