Swingbyte Wins Clique Studios’ “$100,000 Promotion to Win a Promotion” Promotion

Clique Studios, a Chicago Digital Marketing Agency, Awards a $100,000 Promotion Services Contract

The voting is over and the results are in. One deserving Chicago business is the winner of a $100,000 promotion services contract from Clique Studios.

The winner is Swingbyte, a homegrown Chicago start-up that has developed a mobile golf swing analysis platform for golfers of all skill levels, from beginners to elite touring and teaching professionals.

Alex Pedenko, Founder & CEO of Swingbyte, along with Brian Payne (VP, Business Development) and Nathan Wojtkiewicz (VP, Global Supply Chain) cultivated Swingbyte from the hallowed grounds of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business where they were recognized as a Top 3 Winner of the Chicago Booth 2011 New Venture Challenge - one of the nation's premier business plan competitions. The Swingbyte team is made up of avid golfers and entrepreneurs inspired to create a new way to analyze your swing with a smartphone.

“As we prepare to launch our initial consumer product in early 2012, winning this promotion from Clique Studios will help us tremendously towards generating the consumer awareness and buzz that will help make Swingbyte a smashing success,” says Mr. Pedenko. “We're confident that as consumers hear about Swingbyte they will have a strong interest in purchasing. The Swingbyte entry specifically identified a promotion idea to partner with a carmaker that aligns with the Swingbyte brand to execute consumer test-drives in top markets throughout the US.

Clique Studios, and their newly launched Promotions Division, offered Chicagoland businesses the opportunity to enter the Clique Studios $100,000 “Promotion to Win a Promotion” Promotion from October 1 - October 31, 2011. The contest was developed in partnership with the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce and the Illinois Small Business Development Center with the goal of awarding one Chicagoland business a free $100,000 promotion services contract. Clique Studios invited all Chicagoland businesses in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry and Will counties, with 150 or less employees and $100 million or less in 2010 revenues, to enter it’s contest at http://www.cliquepromo.com.

Clique Studios also sought to highlight their Mobile Marketing capabilities by offering a Contest Registration Incentive. The first 20 Contest entrants, and every 10th entrant thereafter, are receiving a free mobile splash page from Clique Studios.

The promotion to be executed will consist of a targeted marketing campaign that may consist of a sweepstakes, contest, adver-game, consumer incentive or social media engagement (or several of these promotion components).
