SPAGnVOLA Chocolatier and the award winning non-profit Sports Plus have entered into a groundbreaking partnership to benefit Sports Plus' unique sports, swim, camp and social programs for children and young adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. The collaboration will feature the sale of a SPAGnVOLA-Sports Plus premium chocolate product with all profits donated to Sports Plus, chocolate factory tours and chocolate making classes geared to special needs participants and internships at SPAGnVOLA for those with autism and developmental disabilities, who will work in the making and distribution of the signature SPAGnVOLA-Sports Plus premium chocolate products.

SPAGnVOLA Chocolatier and the non-profit Sports Plus today announced a groundbreaking partnering to benefit children and young adults with autism, ADD/ADHD and other developmental disabilities. SPAGnVOLA will be a year-round sponsor of Sports Plus’ innovative sports, swim, camp and social programs. The cornerstone of this collaboration will be a SPAGnVOLA Sports Plus premium chocolate product which will be sold both at SPAGnVOLA’s boutique in Gaithersburg, Maryland and online at http://www.spagnvola.com. All of the profits from the sale of these products will be donated to Sports Plus to help them expand their award winning programs both locally and nationally.

The SPAGnVOLA Sports Plus partnership will also feature unique social and training opportunities. Sports Plus social tours of SPAGnVOLA’s chocolate factory and chocolate making classes have been developed for children with special needs and their families, utilizing the special education experience of Sports Plus’ staff and advisory board. Throughout the year several Sports Plus participants will also serve as interns at SPAGnVOLA and will be involved in the making and distribution of the signature SPAGnVOLA Sports Plus premium chocolate products.
