Leading custom market research firm ClickIQ announced its new QuickIQ offering to fill a void in the online survey marketplace by giving market researchers a means to conduct a short, fast, economical online consumer survey while getting full use of ClickIQ’s experienced project management staff.

ClickIQ designed QuickIQ for market research professionals who have a burning question or two where they need to quantify their data before sharing with their executive team or their retail partners. Unlike a standard custom online survey that requires much preparation and budgeting up front and often takes several weeks or months to complete, QuickIQ gives clients the ability to conduct a short online consumer survey at a reasonable cost, with a quick turnaround; all while being managed by ClickIQ’s award winning project management team.

According to Robert Boese, VP Operations, ClickIQ, this type of offering fills a void in the online market research industry. “We have been told by our clients that they want to be able to conduct a short survey with a limited number of questions, get the results fast, not spend their entire research budget on the project, but still be assured that they are getting relevant, high quality results. With ClickIQ’s proprietary consumer panel and proprietary project management system already in place, we are now able to fill that void between do-it-yourself, fast, cheap surveys and high-end, lengthy, expensive custom surveys,” Boese said. “QuickIQ is ideal for the researcher that needs that spur of the moment answer before making a decision that might cost or make their company hundreds of thousands of dollars,” Boese concluded.

The QuickIQ offering, with a few qualifications, includes complete development and project management of a custom consumer survey with up to 12 client questions plus an additional eight standard demographics questions provided. Clients will be able to ask one or two qualifying questions to help target the respondents they want to reach. QuickIQ will gather responses from 300 total qualified respondents and will provide a summary of results in an unformatted Topline report (displaying frequencies and mean) as well as the raw data, upon conclusion of the study.

QuickIQ projects will be completed within a two week timeframe and will cost less than $5,000.
