The new CorePower Ryder classes will be a great complement to our other yoga offerings and will challenge students to achieve a new level of fitness at the yoga studio.

CorePower Yoga, known for invigorating and unique yoga classes and lifestyle programs, recently opened its seventh Chicago location in Lincoln Square. CorePower Yoga – Lincoln Square joins the Bucktown, Gold Coast, Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Roscoe Village and South Loop studios in providing Chicago residents and visitors with a community passionate about healthy living, a great workout and the mind-body connection.

“We are so excited to bring the CorePower Yoga experience to Lincoln Square,” said studio manager Elizabeth Hinker. “The new CorePower Ryder classes will be a great complement to our other offerings and will challenge students to achieve a new level of fitness at the studio,” said Hinker.

CorePower Ryder™ combines the cardio benefits of a spin class with the stretching, flexibility, strength building and stress reducing benefits of a CorePower Yoga class. Redefining the typical spin class, students turn, lean and steer on the indoor bikes and receive an ultimate full-body cardio workout while simulating a real-life ride on the road. CorePower Yoga – Lincoln Square will also offer Power Yoga in beginner to advanced formats, Yoga Sculpt and Hot Power Fusion. In addition to yoga classes, CorePower Yoga offers Teacher Training and specialized lifestyle programs that focus on physical, mental and spiritual growth and wellness.

CorePower Yoga – Lincoln Square is located at the intersection of N. Oakley and W. Lawrence and can be conveniently accessed from the Western stop on the Brown Line. The studio features two large climate-controlled studio spaces, a CorePower Ryder room, men’s and women’s locker rooms with fully stocked showers and a retail boutique featuring popular yoga apparel brands.

CorePower Yoga – Uptown, Chicago’s eighth CPY studio will open at the end of January.
