Antenna Appoints Thomas Bogan to Board of Directors

Antenna Software, Inc., helping enterprises to build, manage and publish mobile apps and websites that transform business, today announced that Thomas F. Bogan has joined its board of directors, effective immediately.

Antenna’s board of directors is an elite group of individuals that have advised and established many of the premier organizations in the technology industry. The addition of Bogan’s experience with developing successful global business and operational strategies further strengthens the board’s ability to guide the next phase of Antenna’s growth and long-term strategic direction.

Bogan is chairman of Citrix Systems (CTXS), a leading provider of virtual computing solutions; and a member of Parametric Technology (PMTC) Board of Directors, a developer of product lifecycle management solutions. He also serves of the boards of four private companies: Acquia, Apptio, Rally Software and Troux Systems. Previously Bogan was president at Rational Software (RATL) until its acquisition by IBM in 2003, and was also a partner at Greylock Partners, a venture capital firm. He has also held CEO positions at early stage technology companies Avatar Technologies and Pacific Data Products. Bogan started his career in finance, where he served as a financial officer for public and private companies.
