If you have experienced Gentek siding problems, such as Gentek steel siding peeling, cracking, chipping, or inconsistencies with your home’s Gentek metal siding color, we want to hear from you
(PRWEB) December 19, 2011
The Construction Defect Center says, "It is vital we identify any homeowner, who has a problem, or has a complaint about Gentek metal siding to call them." The group is saying, “If you have experienced Gentek siding problems, such as Gentek steel siding peeling, cracking, chipping, or inconsistencies with your home’s Gentek metal siding color, we want to hear from you, and if possible we want pictures as well. In some instances this product was sold with the promise it would last decades, and many homeowners appear to be having problems in just a few years after installation.” According to the Associated Press on September 12th 2011, "A lawsuit filed by nine plaintiffs claiming Gentek siding products are defective will be allowed to proceed. In an order dated August 23, U.S. District Judge Benita Y. Pearson of the Northern District of Ohio refused a motion by the defendant to dismiss the Gentek siding lawsuit and strike its class action allegations." For more information homeowners are welcome to contact the Construction Defect Center anytime at 866-714-6466, or they can contact the group via their web site at http://ConstructionDefectCenter.com.
