On December 8, 2011, the Pasadena Bar Association recognized the contributions of two individuals at their holiday party, which was held at Pandora on Green Street, located at 33 West Green Street in Pasadena, CA.

During the holiday party, the association's past ten presidents were present and surprised the association's executive director – Michelle Paniagua, by recognizing her outstanding work for the association during her ten years of service. Ms. Paniagua was presented with a gift and praised extensively for her stewardship of the association.

Donald P. Schweitzer, 2011 program chair, stated "Michelle Paniagua is a team player who loves what she does. Having her on our team has made it easy to organize events and provide our members with the numerous benefits that our association offers."

The association's president, Steven Yee, also recognized the contributions of Natalie Peoples, a paralegal from the Law Offices of Donald P. Schweitzer. Ms. Peoples volunteered to be the Association's photographer during the year 2011 and she was responsible for creating video clips of the association's numerous events. The video clips created by Ms. Peoples were posted on the Association's website to be viewed and shared by the association members.

As to Ms. Peoples' contributions to the Association, Donald P. Schweitzer stated, "I am so proud of Natalie's work. The Pasadena Bar Association has never been spoiled like it has been this past year due to Natalie's contributions. Natalie is incredibly creative and her photo videos are so good that they somehow capture the fun and excitement of our events.
