It so happens that my children have Celiac Disease and cannot eat wheat. As a result I like to think that I have become the worlds first and best Gluten-Free Old-World Greek Pastry Chef. Rob and Nick really helped me realize just how unique and special this can be. We had an incredible brainstorming session that got me thinking in creative ways. Now, I’ve got a solid plan and strategy to get the "filo" dough rolling at the Greek Goddess Gluten-Free Bakery in 2012.”
