There have been many news stories detailing the bond between dogs and humans, and tales of dog heroics enter the public consciousness; capture one’s imagination, and fuel assertions that a dog’s loyalty is unwavering. Readers will find about that in the heroic story of a beautiful Golden Retriever, which was rescued and adopted by a tugboat owner named Captain Ollie in the book titled The Adventures of Tugboat and Captain Ollie written by V.J. Rotella.
Captain Ollie who owns a lot of tugboats adopted a lovable Golden Retriever puppy. He falls in love instantly the moment he saw the puppy and takes him home. He named his puppy Tugboat after hearing the sound of a tugboat. After many years, Tugboat grows up to become a strong Golden Retriever. Little did Captain Ollie know, Tugboat will emerge a hero after the dog helped him rescued a family hanging on for dear life after their small boat is being thrown around by waves and slowly being capsized by a violent storm.

It reminds them the need to open their hearts and rescue an abandoned animal at all cost for they will never know how and when that animal will be of big help to them in times of trouble.
