Featured chef Paolo Bussi will be serving four courses beginning with Duck salad with lingnonberry dressing. Followed by Penne with smoked salmon, vodka sauce and topped with Caviart . The main course is everyone’s favorite, Surf and Turf (lobster and fillet of beef (6 oz)). Finished with Rum chocolate Mousse with assorted berries.
