The chef’s at the Alpine Tavern have been hard at work creating a delectable 4 course feast for New Years Eve. The Alpine Tavern provides a refined yet relaxed dining experience creating memories for years to come.
Featured chef Paolo Bussi will be serving four courses beginning with Duck salad with lingnonberry dressing. Followed by Penne with smoked salmon, vodka sauce and topped with Caviart . The main course is everyone’s favorite, Surf and Turf (lobster and fillet of beef (6 oz)). Finished with Rum chocolate Mousse with assorted berries.
