Holiday Drive Raises $2800 Providing Christmas Gifts for Local Families

The Colorado Chiropractic Association (CCA) brightened the holiday season for local needy families and children by raising $2800, which was used to purchase Christmas gifts for two needy families through the Salvation Army’s Adopt-A-Family program, as well as donations to Toys for Tots and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Denver to assist them with their toy drives.

The Salvation Army’s Adopt-A-Family program matches impoverished families with sponsors to provide for their needs at Christmas providing a once in a lifetime event for recipient families.

CCA board member, Dr. Kelvin Washington, organized the donation among area chiropractors. “It’s been a very difficult year for many Denver-area families and they deserve to enjoy Christmas together," said Dr. Washington. “CCA is happy to support our community and give to families who need the most help this holiday season.”
