CPAmerica International, an association of more than 80 large independent CPA firms, introduces organizational changes and an expansion of member services.

Kathy McDonald, long time CPAmerica employee, has become the final piece in the assembly of the Expert Services team, as Director of Concierge Services. McDonald recently celebrated 25 years with CPAmerica International and has a wealth of knowledge about CPAmerica members and practice management issues. The Expert Services team will consist of Linda Harding, Director of Tax, Art Winstead, Director of A&A and McDonald as Director of Concierge Services.

Grace Lambert Horvath has joined CPAmerica as Director of Services. She will manage all member-driven departments within CPAmerica including; publications, events, marketing and member services. Prior to joining CPAmerica, Horvath supported associations through sales and marketing in a media and event solutions company. She also served as director of marketing and leasing for a high-end community development corporation.

Joyce Arthur also joined CPAmerica as a Member Services Manager. Arthur’s duties include overall member support such as new member orientations and serving as the main contact for member firm partners and administrators. Arthur has worked in the accounting profession for more than 20 years and was most recently a firm administrator with a CPA firm in Ocala, Fla.

Ernest H. Moyer has been named the Director of CPAConnect, a companion association of CPAmerica. Moyer was the Director of Member Services at CPAmerica for five years and will now be responsible for the growth and member service activities of the association of smaller, independent CPA firms across the country.
