Kogan will work with clients to ensure quality care as well as develop relationships with key community members and professionals in the senior and medical communities. In her role, she will also lead marketing initiatives to increase overall brand awareness for Home Care Assistance in the Chicago area.

Kogan comes to Home Care Assistance with over 30 years of experience in marketing, most recently at North Shore Senior Center in Northfield, where she was the Director of Community Relations. She has also worked with seniors at Chicago OASIS, which offers educational programs for older adults seeking to stay healthy and active, and held earlier marketing research positions at Kraft Foods and the Leo Burnett Advertising Agency.
Kogan has an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
