Lose weight, quit smoking, or win a gold medal are among the many New Year’s Resolutions that Dan Vitchoff, of the Pittsburgh, PA Hypnosis Center must address in 2012. Each New Year seems to bring about the resolutions to lose weight, quit smoking, get healthy or to accomplish something important in our lives. PA Hypnosis Center clients bring their resolutions to Vitchoff so that he can help them meet their goals through the use of Hypnosis. People come from all backgrounds, truck drivers, doctors, college students, nurses, professional and amateur athletes and yes even those vying for another Gold Medal at the 2012 Olympics.
Vitchoff talks about the many goals that his Pittsburgh area clients have brought to him as New Year’s resolutions. He said, “They range from breaking bad habits, to gaining more confidence but the two most prevalent resolutions are to lose weight and quit smoking.” The uniqueness of each person brings a unique resolution. “We help Pittsburghers meet their goals and keep their New Year’s Resolutions by tapping in to the subconscious mind. The use of hypnosis to reprogram a person's subconscious mind is a healthy, safe and effective way to change behaviors and face challenges.
This year brings back the resolutions and goals set in 2008 by Vitchoff’s clients who competed in the Beijing Olympics. Vitchoff’s Trademarked 33Method of Mental Training and Performance Coaching was used by the 2008 competitors and is being used again to prepare Vitchoff’s clients who are competing in London this summer at the 2012 Olympics. The athletes are from all parts of the USA which provides Pittsburgh and Dan Vitchoff and opportunity to make a name for the area. On December 15, Olympic Gold Medalist, Vincent Hancock came to Pittsburgh to discuss his accomplishments with Dan Vitchoff for a TV show that was filmed at the PA Hypnosis Center. Hancock talks about how Dan helped him control his anxiety. Interestingly enough anxiety is also a common issue that people was to conquer in the New Year.
Resolutions large and small are one of the many joys of working with people, notes Vitchoff. He is pleased and proud of the many people from around the world who he has helped meet their goals and stick with their resolutions. The New Year’s Resolution calls have already started to come in to the PA Hypnosis Center. People call through January in to February to set appointments to use Hypnosis for success with their goals. How will you keep your New Year’s resolution?
