2011 East Region Post Season All-Americans
The National Underclassmen Combine is proud to introduce the first annual postseason East Regional All-American Team. Below are those athletes that have caught the eye of NUC President Dave Schuman and Director of National Player Analysis Barry Every. We have selected seniors that have already achieved great things on the gridiron and are considered elite college prospects at their respective positions.

Frye recorded 97 tackles, 14 PBU’s and three picks on the season.

2011 Defensive Line Player of the Year-Noah Spence, Bishop McDevitt, PA
“Spence is one of the best pass rushers in the country with the speed to catch plays from behind. He is just a straight up wrecking ball in the offensive backfield.”-Barry Every

Offense
QB Brendan Nosovitch, Central Catholic, PA
He completed 228 of 367 passes for 3,541 yards and 37 touchdowns while rushing for 841 yards and 14 scores.

RB Rushell Shell, Hopewell, PA            
This Semper Fidelis All-American selection carried the ball 120 times for 1,061 yards and 12 touchdowns.

RB Akeel Lynch, St. Francis, NY            
Lynch ran for 2,131 yards and 25 touchdowns on the season.

WR Ian Thomas, Franklin, MD            
Thomas had 716 yards in receptions and seven touchdowns while recording 57 tackles and four picks on defense.        

WR Trevor Williams, Calvert Hall, MD        
Williams snagged 99 passes for 1,180 yards and 15 scores this past season.

OL Frank Taylor, Archbishop Wood, PA

OL Greg Pyke, Boy’s Latin, MD            
Pyke is an ultra-athletic player that also excels in lacrosse.

OL Jim Cashman, Haddonfield, NJ        
Cashman helped guide his team to a (11-1) record while his team averaged 207 yards rushing a game.

OL Sean Karl, Eastport-South Manor, NY        
Karl was a two-way star recording 57 tackles on the season.    

OL Brandon Arcidiacono, Archbishop Wood, PA    
Arcidiacono was another key element in Archbishop Wood’s accent to the PIAA 3A State Title.

DL Jarron Jones, Aquinas, NY*            
This U.S. Army All-American selection recorded 71 tackles and five sacks on the season.

DL Korren Kirven, Brookville, VA    
This Under Armour All-American selection led his team to the VHSL Division 3 State Championship.

This Semper Fidelis All-American selection led his team to a (12-0) record and the NJSIAA South Group 3 Championship.

LB Kwontie Moore, Norfolk Prep, VA*        
This U.S. Army All-American selection helped his team record four shutouts on the season.

LB Kaiwan Lewis, St. Joseph-Hammonton, NJ            
This Offense/Defense All-American selection helped his team go (10-0) and win the NJSIAA Non-Public Group 1 Championship.

DB D.J. Singleton, St. Peter’s Prep, NJ*        
This Semper Fidelis All-American selection recorded 48 tackles, three picks, and three PBUs.

DB Marchez Coates, McDonough, MD*        
Coates recorded over 80 tackles and had three picks on the season.

DB Malik Golden, Cheshire Academy, CT*    
Golden caught 43 passes for 815 yards while snagging seven picks on the season.

DB C.J. Prosise, Woodberry Forest, VA        
Prosise grabbed six picks on the season.

ATH Albert Reid, Friendship Collegiate, DC    
Reid ran for 1,705 yards and 17 touchdowns on the season.

This U.S. Army All-American selection caught 38 passes for 633 yards and four scores for the #1 team in America.

Joy recorded over 130 tackles on the season.    

LB Steve Longa, Saddle Brook, NJ*        
Longa helped his team only render 6.9 points a game on the season.

LB Jason Sylva, Tabor Academy, MA*        
In only eight games Sylva recorded 35 tackles and 370 yards rushing.

DB Demetrious Cox, Jeannette, PA        
This Semper Fidelis All-American selection guided his team to a (12-1) record.
