Informed clients are better clients, and they typically have healthier pets. This integration with AVImark makes our ClientEd Online library even easier to use. The result – better compliance, better business, and better patient care.

LifeLearn®, a leading educational publisher in the veterinary industry, and McAllister Software Systems®, creators of AVImark® veterinary software, have announced the integration of ClientEd Online™ within AVImark. This integration is designed to increase practice efficiency and improve client compliance by making trusted client education information more easily available.

ClientEd Online is a library of nearly 1,200 client education articles from the most trusted veterinary educators in the industry. Veterinarians and their staff members can now access this library directly from AVImark’s Client Information Display and link important educational information to diagnostic and treatment codes, so the information can be automatically printed on invoices and estimates and recorded as part of the patient file.

“With the variety of misleading pet health information available online, LifeLearn’s client education materials serve a valuable purpose for both clients and veterinarians alike,” said Scott McAllister, president of McAllister Software Systems. “This latest AVImark integration makes it easier for busy veterinary practices to quickly share helpful, accurate pet health information with clients, increasing practice efficiency while promoting better patient care.”

AVImark users who take advantage of this new integration will also enjoy the other benefits of ClientEd Online, including the ability to search articles by keyword, customize handouts with clinic and client/patient information, and print or email articles to clients. The entire ClientEd Online library may also be integrated with the veterinary practice’s web site, creating a trusted online resource for clients.

“Informed clients are better clients, and they typically have healthier pets,” said James Carroll, vice president, LifeLearn. “For more than 15 years, veterinarians have trusted LifeLearn to deliver the industry’s best client education materials. This integration with AVImark makes our ClientEd Online library even easier to use. The result – veterinarians can effectively educate their clients, leading to better compliance, better business, and ultimately, better patient care.”
