MRI Software, a developer of innovative software solutions for the global real estate industry, is proud to announce its commitment to the Queensland Premier’s Disaster Relief Appeal to benefit victims of the recent catastrophic flooding in the Australian State of Queensland. As a sign of that commitment MRI has made a significant monetary donation to the appeal.

“Our hearts go out to those affected by these floods,” commented David Post, Chief Executive Officer of MRI Software, “MRI has a significant history and ongoing presence in Australia and we are pleased to be able to contribute to the admirable aid efforts underway there.” MRI’s Australia office is located in Sydney, as are many of its clients; additional clients are located in Brisbane, in Melbourne and throughout Australia.

Floods in the southeastern part of Queensland have killed 35 people to date, affected 30,000 homes and businesses and caused at least $3 billion in damage. The Queensland Premier’s Disaster Relief Appeal has been launched by the government of the State of Queensland to help Queenslanders affected by the recent floods.
