Richard Greenwald, President of Concorde Staffing Group, has recently been elected to the Board of Directors at Westchester Human Resource Management Association. Greenwald brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Association. Concorde is celebrating its 25th year providing quality staffing services to the Westchester and Fairfield business communities.

In addition to his most recent board membership, Richard lends his expertise in human resource to various associations including the Workforce Investment Board, Westchester County Association’s Connections Board and Economic Development Task Force, UJA’s Business & Professional Leadership Board, and NY Staffing Association/Westchester chapter board. His areas of expertise include the New Hire Act, staffing/hiring, interviewing techniques, staffing consulting, candidate vetting and a thorough understanding of the business climate in Westchester County.

Along with his devotion to his profession, Richard is actively involved with the Food Bank for Westchester and the March of Dimes. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Massachusetts. Richard resides with his wife and children in Armonk, NY.
