After much anticipation, Apperson Education Products releases its newest, most robust version of their exclusive test-scoring and reporting software.

Apperson’s DataLink 4 reports provide teachers with quick, useable information to monitor student progress toward standards and engage students in the learning process.

Educators across the nation are ecstatic about Apperson’s newest release of DataLink software. Since its recent release there have been more than 2,000 downloads and approximately 15,000 more are to be expected in the coming weeks.

DataLink is overwhelmingly popular test-scoring and reporting software because it holds the key to the relevant data teachers need to differentiate instruction, and it is available at an unbeatable price point - FREE.

“Apperson understands the challenges faced by educators in knowing where their students are struggling with today’s lessons,” said Bill Apperson, CEO of Apperson Education Products. “That is why we have invested many of our resources into developing this software to meet the needs of the teacher.”

The most popular features in the new version include the instant ability to download state and common core standards in the software and tie them back to individual test questions. Aligning standards to test questions then enables teachers to access the variety of new data-rich proficiency reports.

“Apperson’s DataLink 4 reports provide teachers with quick, useable information to monitor student progress toward standards and engage students in the learning process,” said Nancy Sindelar, a former assistant superintendent and author of Using Test Data for Student Achievement: Answers to No Child Left Behind and Assessment-Powered Teaching.

To use DataLink 4, one must own a data-enabled Apperson scanner such as the GradeMaster 600, Advantage 1200, or BenchMark 3000. To date, there are more than 35,000 Apperson scanners placed in schools around the globe. Approximately 50% of the scanner users take advantage of the free DataLink software. Apperson’s goal is to push that number to 75-80% by the end of 2011.

Having been a leading provider of test-scoring solutions for more than a decade, Apperson Education Products is continuingly dedicated to helping educators meet the rigorous state and federal requirements, all the while saving them both time and money.
