ISIS Direct Puts Leadership in Place with Promotions, New Hires

ISIS Direct, the new sales division for Certified Payment Processing (CPP), has been busy building a leadership structure. Several internal promotions as well as new hires are helping to get the leadership in place. And the results are beyond expectations.

“The structure of ISIS Direct allows for rapid advancement in the organization,” says Shawn Dalton, National Manager of Business Development for ISIS Direct.

Last year, Certified Payment Processing (CPP) rolled out its new sales division, ISIS Direct. The beta phase of the new venture has proven extremely successful, and the organization is experiencing significant growth. For that reason, there have been several promotions within the company, as well as stepped-up recruiting to meet the demands of growth.

“The structure of ISIS Direct allows for rapid advancement in the organization,” says Shawn Dalton, National Manager of Business Development for ISIS Direct. “We’ve already promoted several of our sales people, both in-house and in the field.”

Michael Moore, who has been with CPP for four years, has become the National Sales Manager for ISIS Direct. Erin Walden, who has also worked for CPP for four years, is the ISIS Direct Senior Sales Manager. James (Chris) Williams was promoted to Senior Account Manager; he’s been with the company for nearly two years.

In the field, Randy Nguyen and Julia Dinova were promoted to Area Managers. There are additional plans to hire a full-time trainer and several field sales associates will be earning promotions in the first quarter of 2011.

“We currently have almost a hundred and ten associates in the field,” says Dalton. “Considering we started in the fourth quarter of last year, that’s an incredible accomplishment. But this is the exciting and unique aspect of ISIS Direct. It’s not like any other company in the credit card processing industry.”

ISIS Direct is a full-service provider of specialized merchant services and also leases point-of-sale terminals that quickly process all forms of payments: debit and credit card transactions, gift cards, checks and contactless cards. In the next year, ISIS Direct is looking to hire an additional 350 account consultants and 50 field managers. When one of these account consultants is ready, they can also begin to recruit and train their own sales people. As ISIS Direct account consultants build their teams, they advance in the organization and their potential for income increases.
