There is a way for everyone to get involved and contribute while building new relationships.
Oakland, CA (Vocus/PRWEB) February 08, 2011
It’s spring in the San Francisco Bay Area! To celebrate, Matches That Matter has unveiled its great lineup of Spring activities for singles over 40.
“At Matches That Matter, we’ve been organizing a lot of spring activities,” said, Odette Pollar, Founder and CEO. “There is a way for everyone to get involved and contribute while building new relationships.”
Pollar suggests Bay Area singles check out the new service for singles over 40 at MatchesThatMatter.com. No profiles to write or read. The Matches That Matter team does the work. Members simply need to show up to a Matches That Matter event and have fun.
The group has organized a new round of activities for spring. These include:
- assisting with Bay Area marathons.
- grounds keeping in Hayward and Oakland.
- planting trees in San Francisco.
- gardening in Golden Gate Park.
- serving meals to seniors.
- restoring habitat in Santa Clara County.
“Our activities begin in late February. There’s still time to sign up for these great outings,” Pollar said. “We see this as a great opportunity to meet like-minded and eligible singles and do good work at the same time.”
The Match Flight Difference
Like a well-planned dinner party, a Match Flight brings together a group of compatible, eligible singles over 40. The assembled teams work together on projects for not-for-profits and other community groups. In addition, groups may explore social activities and take part in skill-building courses. Match Flights have included winemaking, beach restoration, and various educational adventures.
