Broadcore, a national provider of all-in-one business communications service with comprehensive client support, today announced it has added Voicemail Transcription service to its suite of business class Unified Communications services. The advanced, fully integrated voicemail transcription service simply converts voicemail message into text and delivers the transcription via email along with the original audio file to the user’s email inbox of choice.
“Whether users are on their mobile device or at the office, our Voicemail Transcription service enables them to immediately see who has called and what was said at a glance,” said Dean Manzoori, Broadcore EVP of Marketing Strategy. “In addition, the Caller ID of the caller is included in the email subject line, enabling the recipient to archive or quickly retrieve messages and even forward them to others. This productivity multiplier service allows our clients to respond to their customers faster.”

Broadcore leverages industry's best Voicemail transcription engine offered by Ditech Networks. This highly reliable Voicemail Transcription service is provisioned, managed, and supported directly by Broadcore saving clients time and expense related to dealing with third-parties to configure or manage the service.

"Voicemail Transcription service is an excellent productivity tool for any organization and we are happy to provide this service as part of our standard voicemail service," said Dawn Goodnight, Broadcore Product Manger. “We include machine based Voicemail Transcription service with our Unified Messaging service at no extra charge while human assisted Voicemail Transcription service is optionally available to those clients who require the highest level of transcription accuracy.”

Broadcore delivers its business class cloud-based voice services from servers housed in highly secure, geographically redundant data centers containing fault-tolerant servers that are load-balanced from server to server. In the unlikely event that one data center is unavailable, communications traffic is automatically routed to other data centers, ensuring business continuity and minimum disruption to business operations.

Broadcore servers are installed in an N+1 configuration with session control for added reliability and virtually limitless capacity. Capacity is increased by interconnection of multiple servers in a stack, through an IP backplane. The stack of servers appears as one large server within Broadcore’s infrastructure. This flexible, multi-stack architecture enables Broadcore to scale capacity to millions of users.
