Selbyville, DE (Vocus/PRWEB) February 15, 2011
The Vehicle Protection Association (VPA), an association formed to promote regulatory transparency, education and accountability for marketing and servicing automotive service contracts, today announced that CarSafe has been independently verified as adhering to industry standards of conduct and has therefore been certified by the VPA.
CarSafe joins the growing ranks of certified vehicle service contract providers. Application for certification comprises a third-party compliance review that thoroughly evaluates the company's adherence to the VPA Standards of Conduct and applicable rules and regulations.
"Our commitment to providing the best service for our customers has always been top priority," said Mark Eckman, owner of CarSafe. "We feel that having the support and certification of the VPA will only add to our ability to show our customers that their satisfaction is of the utmost importance."
"We congratulate CarSafe on obtaining certification from the VPA," said Larry Hecker, executive director of the VPA. "Firms that want to treat consumers right are eager to set themselves apart from those who don't, and our Certification-Audit Program is a great vehicle for doing so."
Companies that complete the VPA's Certification-Audit Program provide a signal to consumers that they are a good company to work with. Certified companies can display the Vehicle Protection Association Certification logo on their websites and marketing materials. To date, nine companies have received certification. Consumers who are shopping for a vehicle service contract can find a full list of certified companies at http://www.vpanet.org/Certified-Companies.
