“We’re clearly bucking the trend with our recent strong sales activity, and it’s a testament to the value and quality available at Towers of Channelside that we have seen such strong sales,” says Steve McAuliffe, president of JMC Realty, the firm responsible for sales and marketing at Towers of Channelside.

Strong sales continue to provide momentum for additional interest in the Towers with tours of two furnished models, including a penthouse residence.

“As Realtors see our condominiums sold at asking price, this instills confidence in their clients that, when they purchase a home at Towers of Channelside, they are not only buying a gorgeous home in a fantastic location, but they’re making a financially sound purchase,” says Cheryl McCormick Brown, sales and marketing director for JMC Realty.

Since JMC Realty took over sales and marketing of Towers of Channelside in February 2010, McAuliffe and McCormick’s consistent marketing strategies have attracted a steady stream of buyers for the condominium homes. McAuliffe and McCormick have sold 100 homes, about 10 homes each month since their first sale closed, an impressive figure in a highly competitive real estate market.

The two 28-story towers are comprised of 257 luxury residential condominium homes. The residences feature expansive balconies and panoramic views of the waterfront and downtown Tampa. Prices range from $178,000 for a one-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath design to $375,000 for a high floor three-bedroom, three-bath home. Penthouses start under $500,000.

The high-rise community features a resort-style amenities deck on the fifth level with clubhouse and one of the largest residential swimming pools and entertainment areas in the region. The deck, which sits above the four-level parking garage, connects the two towers. Most homes come with two parking spaces.
