Altair Customer Intelligence Makes Key Hire and Promotion

Customer intelligence leader strengthens presence in the insurance and financial services sectors.

National Sales Director
Altair is pleased to announce that Barry Starr has joined our company to add to our sales and marketing team with his 20 years of experience in direct marketing and customer acquisition.

Starr joins Altair from Affinion Group, based in Norwalk, CT where he worked as VP of Marketing for nine years focusing on direct marketing to increase customer loyalty and brand awareness. While working at Affinion, he coordinated mail campaigns for hundreds of financial institutions totaling more than 100 million pieces of mail per year. Prior to that Barry work for AIG in account management, and at AEGON, and CIGNA Group in sales roles.

VP of Sales and Marketing
Altair is also pleased to announce the promotion of Troy Blackman to Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Troy brings to his new role an extensive background in project management, strategic sales and partnership development. He will be tasked with the continued growth of our client base, agency partners and our Customer Intelligence brand.
