Bullhorn increased its year over year revenue run rate by 30% and total users by over 40%. Key new client wins and go lives included SkillStorm, Matrix Resources, Addison Search, and Medix in the US, Randstad Technologies and Pentasia in the UK, and Marks Sattin in Australia. This growth led to recognition among Inc. Magazine’s list of Fastest Growing Companies in America, Software Magazine’s Software 500, Lead 411’s Technology 500, Deloitte LLP’s Technology Fast 500™, and Always On’s OnDemand 100.

Throughout 2010, the company announced ground-breaking new product and service offerings. Geoff Greene, Bullhorn’s CTO explains, “We invested heavily in R&D, resulting in some truly innovative capabilities designed to further accelerate our clients’ businesses.” These include:
● Bullhorn Reach, which helps recruiters easily harness social media and search engines to build new client and candidate relationships.

● Mobile Sync support for iPhone and iPad, joining existing support for Windows, Android and Blackberry.
● Patent-pending improvements to Bullhorn’s integration with email and calendar software like Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Exchange, and Google Apps.
Additionally, Bullhorn launched the Bullhorn Marketplace, giving staffing and recruiting agencies access to an extensive range of industry-specific software applications and services that are pre-integrated with Bullhorn. Customers can select from a wide range of solutions designed to meet their unique business requirements – from background checks and payroll to accounting system integration and sourcing.
Throughout the year, international business expanded rapidly. European revenue grew 600%, matched by growth in staff and space at Bullhorn’s London office. The company also opened a new office in Sydney, Australia. “The addition of over 100 new clients in 2010 clearly demonstrates that Bullhorn’s cloud-based recruitment software is a great solution for UK agencies,” said Bullhorn’s UK Managing Director, Peter Linas. “We look forward to deepening our footprint in the UK and across EMEA – building relationships with remarkable recruiters along the way.”
Bullhorn invested heavily in infrastructure and customer service to support continued growth. The company’s new Vice President of Customer Care, Diane Gordon, revamped and expanded the international support team to ensure high client satisfaction any time of day, across multiple time zones. eBay veteran Chris Lalonde joined Bullhorn as vice president of technical operations and infrastructure to ensure the company’s platform continues to deliver high performance, security and reliability. Bullhorn became the only staffing and recruiting agency software vendor to achieve both EU Safe Harbor and SAS 70 Type II certifications in 2010, giving clients additional confidence when entrusting Bullhorn with their critical business data.
