A public-private partnership that aims to defeat document fraud will be the subject of a SIA webinar on March 10.

Operation Genesius was launched in 2009 as a voluntary partnership between U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the printing industry to share information and develop investigative leads about the practices of organized document fraud rings.

The webinar, which will be held at 2 p.m. ET, will provide an overview of the initiative. Speakers will include:

  •     Jim Gingo, President & CEO, TransTech Systems (moderator)
  •     Marcos Salazar, National Program Manager, ICE Identity and Benefit Fraud Unit
  •     Neil Ivey, Sales Development Manager, North & South America, Payne Security

The webinar is free for SIA members and costs $35 for non-members. Register on the SIA website.
