Accolade Underscores Consona’s Continued Leadership in the CRM Marketplace

The winners of the 2011 Top 15 continue to raise the bar for the CRM community with significant advancements in both functionality and connectibility.

ISM, Inc., CRM and contact center strategic advisors, honors CRM industry leaders annually with the Top 15 award. This marks 11 consecutive inclusions to this list for Consona.

Each package was rated according to 217 selection criteria, including 102 business functions, 51 technical features, 36 implementation capabilities, 11 real-time criteria and 17 user-support features.
