Author and financial expert Tim Chang shares his wealth of knowledge about financial planning in his new book The Greatest Enemy is You!—a powerful, informative guide to discovering one’s personality type to attain financial freedom.

Chang explains that sometimes the only thing holding people back from financial security is personality traits.

The book outlines four different personality traits:

  •     The Procrastinator
  •     The Know-It-All
  •     The Dreamer
  •     The Excuse Maker

Each of these types of people show misguided assumptions, which hinder financial freedom. Identifying destructive behaviors can help one make changes to secure a better financial future.

Chang writes from experience, as he’s been in the financial industry for 30 years and currently works as a Tax Accountant for Dial Tax and a Financial Consultant for Investor’s Group, the largest financial consulting firm in Canada.

Chang aims to help people better manage their relationships with bankers, insurers and taxmen so they can keep more money for themselves, and plan for a comfortable retirement.

“Think of me as your money coach,” says Chang. “Through The Greatest Enemy is You! I want to empower readers to understand their personality type in order to take back control of their finances and reduce finance-induced stress.”
